S.M.A. Publications was formed in 1997 with a mission of providing real estate information for practitioners within the Research Triangle Park area of North Carolina.

The company produces the T.A.R.R. Reports which are published monthly, quarterly and annually, covering all aspects of the residential real estate market.

The publisher, Stacey P. Anfindsen, has over 15 years of residential experience in the Triangle market. He is an active real estate appraiser, educator and consultant.

A portion of the profits generated from our publications goes to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.

The prices below are for properties located within Wake County.

We will measure any house with less than 4,000 square feet and include a floorplan with exterior dimensions for $150.

Any house with more than 4,000 square feet will be quoted on a case by case basis.

Market Valuation
Thinking of placing your home on the market, let the unbiased experts help. We will come to your house to determine square footage, etc. and then prepare a report that will cover some or all of the following: suggested list price, average days on market, analysis of competing listings, suggested improvements for optimal marketing, range of value where an acceptable offer should arrive.
